Excellent quality, medium size roots, superb deep red colour and completely ring less. Beetroot Boltardy is an early variety so it’s ideal for bunching.
Start of in seed trays in the greenhouse and transplant out the bigger plants of Beetroot Boltardy direct into the garden or containers. Alternatively plant seeds direct into drills.
Before planting outside ensure the soil has been well cultivated into a fine crumb at a depth of approximately 10cms. Plant seeds into drill 20cms apart or transplant plants into the soil 8cms apart and 20cms between rows. Keep protected from slugs and snails and eat when large enough to do so.
Each pack will contain approximately 250 seeds in a foil pouch.
Harvest from August on wards.
