Red Sky is a relatively new strain of cyclamen and we think it is quite superb. The flowers are a deep purple/red and the foliage is variegated so offering a lovely contrast in the garden. Cyclamen can easily be grown under trees or out in the open. We supply these cyclamen in pots and as such we feel that they naturalise much quicker than a dry bulb and soon produce a mass of smaller flowering off shoots. The foliage is wonderfully and varied and in its self is of great interest. Cyclamen do not like to be planted too deep so no deeper than 2.5cm and also do not let them dry out during the growing period. Keep the soil fertile to encourage naturalising and if you are concerned that the soil is not fertile enough feed them with bone meal or similar.
