Multiflora hyacinths are not one full spike of flowers but several smaller spikes with less flowers for a more natural look in your border or tub. Plant 3 or more in a pot or border for the best effect. Grow in well cultivated soil that is free draining and in a semi to full sun aspect of the garden. Remember to protect early spring growth from slug damage and enjoy the fragrance in March/April when they flower. Cultivate soils to a depth of 20cms and plant bulbs 10cms deep and 8cms apart in moderatley fertilised soils.
Aspect: Prefer full sun but also happy in semi shade
Soil type: Free draining moderatley fertile soils, will overwinter in the garden.
New season top quality bulbs supplied from September onwards.
